Type

Books – Made up as a stapled book with a perforated top copy allowing the duplicate forms to remain attached to the book.

Pads – Made up of glued pages where duplicates are removed from the form.

Sets – Individual duplicate sets are supplied on their own for ad-hoc use.

Continuous forms – This type comes on a long roll and is suitable for dot matrix printers.

Number of parts

Sometimes more than just one duplicate form set is required. In this instance we offer triplicate and quadruple sets, if required.

Individual numbering

We can individually serialise your forms so that you can easily refer to specific sets for more efficient record management.

Perforation

For form types not already including perforation, we can add perforation to individual pages for your convenience and to minimise damage to the form or other pages.
